FAQ
What is your lead time? Do you do rush orders?
Our current lead time is approximately 2-4 weeks. We do offer rush orders for an additional fee. Please contact us if you are in a time crunch, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Do you offer custom options?
Yes! We are happy to create custom options just for you. Please contact us with your request, and we will reach out with more information. Additional fees and fulfillment time may apply.
Can I make changes to my order once it is placed?
All edits to your order must be reported within 5 business days of placing the order. Edits made after that time will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Changes in shipping address can be made any time before the order is shipped.
What are your shipping terms?
We typically ship using either FedEx, UPS, or USPS, depending on which carrier is the best fit for your order. All orders $100 or more ship free. Orders under $100 ship for $8.
How long will it take to get my order once it has shipped?
Orders shipped via FedEx and UPS usually take about 3-5 business days or less to deliver. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery on orders shipped through USPS. We will select a shipping partner based on when you need your order; however, once your order is in their hands, we cannot make any definite guarantees of how long it will take, so please keep that in mind when you place your order.
An item from my order was damaged during shipping. How do you handle damages?
If your order was damaged during shipping, please email us pictures to info@inkandlinen.com. All damage claims need to be made within 3 business days to ensure that your order can be replaced in a timely manner. Damage claims made after 3 business days will not be accepted. Additionally, damage claims in which a picture is not reported will not be accepted.
What is your return policy?
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns at this time.
How do I need to store and care for my order?
We recommend that after you check your order for damages, that you store it back in the packaging it came in until you plan to use it. Acrylic is extremely susceptible to scratches, and Linen can be easily stained or snagged. To clean Acrylic, use a microfiber cloth and some glass or acrylic cleaner. Do not use alcohol or acetone as this will remove the finish and ink from your sign. To clean Linen, use a fabric stain remover, making sure to test in an inconspicuous area before using. Do not machine wash or dry clean.
